    We can start the onboarding project within a week of ordering. After the one-week kickoff project, you can expect sales meetings to appear in your calendar.

    The one-week onboarding project requires 2 x 1-hour workshops of your working time.

  2. How does EasySDR collaborate with the sales team?
    We work closely with your sales team. Target groups, messaging, and goals are agreed together, and progress is reported regularly. You can reach our bookers quickly via chat if needed.

  3. In which language do you report and hold monthly meetings?
    Our Customer Success Managers and Team Leaders speak Finnish, Swedish, and English.

  4. How does EasySDR support international sales?
    In international sales, we utilize multilingual sales professionals, local phone numbers, and local market knowledge. Messages and approaches are culturally tailored.

    We currently book B2B meetings in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Poland, the UK, the Netherlands, Spain, and Portugal.

Service Content and Operating Model

  1. Who books the meetings – is it automation or a real person?
    Meetings are always booked by a real person trained in B2B sales, who speaks the same native language as the decision-makers in the target group – not a bot or automation.

  2. How is quality assurance handled for booked meetings?
    We ensure that the meeting meets the agreed criteria, and as part of quality assurance, we record the agent’s side of the call.

  3. Can I influence the types of companies being booked?
    Yes. Target groups are defined together, and you can influence industries, company size, location, and other criteria.

  4. How do you report results?
    You’ll receive regular reports on booked meetings, contact volumes, and feedback. Reporting can be customized to your needs.

  5. How many meetings can I expect per month?
    The number of meetings depends on the target group and service scope. Typically, clients receive 10–30 high-quality meetings per month.

  6. Can you also conduct the sales meetings and close deals?

Pricing and Contract Terms

  1. How is the booking service priced?
    We offer both hourly pricing (€59/h + VAT) and clear performance-based pricing with no hidden fees. The performance-based price (from €179/meeting + VAT) depends on the meeting requirements, target market, and volume.

  2. Is prospecting (call lists) included in the price?
    Prospecting decision-maker data is included at no extra cost in the hourly-based EasySDR service and in the fixed monthly fee if you choose the performance-based model.

  3. Is there a commitment period or notice period?
    As a client, you have no notice period. You can terminate the service at any time with immediate effect.

  4. Can the service be scaled according to need?
    Yes. We can scale the service up or down according to your needs quickly and flexibly.

  5. Is a dedicated contact person included in the service?
    Yes. You’ll have a dedicated contact person who knows your company and ensures smooth service delivery.

  6. How does billing work?
    Billing is monthly by default with a 14-day payment term. If needed, we can also invoice a local subsidiary in another country in local currency.

  7. Do you refund cancelled meetings or reschedule them?
    Yes, we primarily aim to reschedule if the lead is still interested. Otherwise, the cancelled meeting will be refunded, provided the cancellation is reported to us within seven (7) days of the meeting.
